S.J. Fowler Real Estate provides real estate services for both commercial and residential transactions. Areas of specialties are sales of apartments, office, retail, land, and industrial. We provide sales representation for buyers, sellers, tenants, and landlords as well as representation in property management.

S.J. Fowler Real Estate was begun in 1993. Steven J. Fowler, founder and Designated Broker, has been a Broker/Agent in Arizona since 1982.  Upon departing the military in 1971 he has been participating in real estate as a principal, primarily in the apartment market. His philosophy is one of hard work, discipline, and determination.

In 2008, Lisa Richardson and Steve Lins branded Pioneer Management Team inside of the S.J. Fowler Real Estate Brokerage. As partners, they provide property management for multi family and commercial owners.
