Lisa has been a licensed real estate broker in Arizona since 2002. She sells investment property and offices full time from the Phoenix location at S.J. Fowler Real Estate, selling property Valleywide.

An Arizona native living in Central Phoenix, she has a bachelor’s from Arizona State University and a Masters in Business Administration from the University of Phoenix. Lisa is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) Designee which provides unparalleled expertise in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate analysis.
 
Her background lies in marketing and business management. Lisa’s goals in the vast industry of real estate include assertively pursuing Buyer’s and Seller's needs for investment properties, managing purchases from inception to close of escrow; effectively marketing properties for sale using proven marketing programs; using a network of Valley vendors necessary to the real estate purchase process including brokers, property inspectors, appraisers, loan consultants, insurance agents, title companies and more; and overall, matching properties with investment needs.
 
In 2008, Lisa and her business partner Steve Lins began Pioneer Management Team, offering full service property management services for multi-family and commercial properties.
   

 

Steve is a licensed Arizona Real Estate agent specializing in commercial sales and property management. He has been involved in the customer service industry for over 30 years. Steve began his career in the restaurant industry and earned top awards in several management levels. He has owned several businesses from start up to disposition and specializes in problem solving and procuring value and profit. He owns and manages multi-family units in the Valley. He has firsthand experience and knowledge with today’s lenders and rental climate.

Steve is a graduate of the Arizona School of Real Estate and Business in Real Estate Sales and Property Management programs. He has been involved in the real estate business at different levels since 1996. His current project is the co-founder of Pioneer Management Team at S.J. Fowler Real Estate. He handles business development, site operations, and property consulting.
